The Windows CE Platform SDK (P/PC Edition 1.2) is designed to provide tools for building applications for Palm-size PC devices. This release includes emulation support for the Palm-size PC. The Windows CE Platform SDK (P/PC Edition 1.2) does not include the cross-compilers needed for developing binaries that run on Palm-size PC devices. These compilers are included in the Windows CE Toolkit for Visual C/C++ 6.0 or Visual Basic 6.0 available from Microsoft, or in a C/C++ development environment that supports Windows CE.
