Enterprise Instrumentation includes assemblies which you reference within your Visual Studio .NET projects, in order to instrument your applications. It also includes sample Visual Studio .NET projects and source files which demonstrate how to instrument and configure applications and how to use various Enterprise Instrumentation features.
Enterprise Instrumentation is compatible with either Visual Studio .NET, or Visual Studio .NET 2003. Enterprise Instrumentation will register itself with either version of Visual Studio if it is installed. Installation of the .NET Framework is always included when you install Visual Studio .NET or Visual Studio .NET 2003.
